Tina Rogers

Tina Rogers is a REALTOR® and Buyer Specialist with The Murray Team at REMAX Empire Properties. As one of the four members of The Murray Team, Tina is part of a team that has helped clients buy and sell more than 4,000 homes throughout Southern California.

Tina lives in Canyon Lake and brings firsthand knowledge of the community and its unique real estate market, including waterfront homes, golf course properties and homes throughout this private gated lake community. Her local knowledge is especially valuable for buyers trying to understand the differences between locations, property types and amenities within Canyon Lake.

Before making Canyon Lake home, Tina also lived in the Big Bear area, giving her personal knowledge of Southern California mountain communities and the different considerations involved with mountain and resort-area properties.

As The Murray Team's Buyer Specialist, Tina's primary role is representing home buyers. She helps clients identify properties, evaluate comparable sales, prepare and negotiate offers, navigate inspections and disclosures, and manage the many details of a transaction from the initial home search through closing.

Tina works with first-time buyers, move-up buyers, downsizing clients, veterans and military families, relocation clients and experienced homeowners purchasing their next property. She has experience working with VA buyers and understands the additional considerations that can be involved with VA financing and military relocation.

Tina also has close family ties to the fire service, giving her personal familiarity with the schedules, relocations and housing considerations that can come with public-service careers.

As a member of The Murray Team, Tina is part of a listing-focused real estate team with extensive experience representing Southern California homeowners as well as buyers. The team's experience includes traditional home sales, probate and inherited properties, senior transitions and downsizing, relocation, luxury homes, investment properties, homes with acreage and other specialized real estate situations.
